Duration: This webinar will last 60 minutes – from 12:00-1:00 pm CT.

------------------------------------------------

The Texas Supreme Court’s recent opinion in Gregory v Chohan raises more questions than it answers about proving mental anguish damages in Texas. And to what extent does it foreshadow similar arguments being raised for other non-economic damages and in other jurisdictions? Join the Baylor Law roundtable for the final session of a three-part webinar series on Gregory v. Chohan. Professors Liz Fraley and Jim Wren join leading trial consultant Karen Lisko and economist Ray Perryman to discuss potential strategies and tactics attorneys can consider for proving mental anguish damages in order to keep them on appeal post-Gregory.
