Jay is the Chief Financial Officer of CoorsTek, Inc., a wholly owned business held by the Coors family.  CoorsTek is a global advanced engineered ceramics manufacturer focused primarily on the semiconductor industry, armor & defense and biomedical industries.  Prior to joining CoorsTek in 2018, Jay spent more than two decades in a variety of executive finance roles with Koch Industries, one the world’s largest privately held companies.  He began his career with KPMG, and graduated from Baylor University in 1987 with a BBA in Accounting.

Jay will be sharing from his career experience how he has achieved career fulfillment through leading, mentoring, networking and giving back to others.
