In this roundtable discussion, Kristina Moore, Alyssa DaCunha, and Mark Grider bring their expertise in handling congressional and regulatory actions to discuss why these investigations arise, what roles they play and how their experiences inform their work today, the ethical, privilege, and discovery issues attorneys may face when investigative proceedings run parallel to litigation, how to effectively manage these investigations when clients are in crisis mode, and what effects party agendas can have on managing these investigations and litigation matters.
