In 2018, Tod Bolsinger authored Canoeing the
Mountains about the type of adaptive capacity required of leaders
today. In 2020, Bolsinger penned Tempered Resilience, which focuses
on how adaptive, resilient leaders are forged. All ministers spend significant
time in the forging fires of ministry. This conference will be a time to
worship, learn, and connect with fellow ministers to discuss how we are being
forged as leaders and as followers of Christ.
