This web-based evaluation system is designed to gather input about student workers from four areas: their peers, their customers, themselves, and their manager(s). This provides a more complete picture of each worker. Additionally, the system helps with goal-setting, facilitates promotions and raises, helps determine training needs, and provides great documentation for staffing decisions, terminations, and letters of recommendation.
