This evaluation system is designed to gather input about student workers from four areas: their peers, their customers, themselves, and their manager(s). This provides a more complete picture of each worker. Additionally, the system helps with goal-setting, facilitates promotions and raises, helps determine training needs, and provides great documentation for staffing decisions, terminations, and letters of recommendation.

   Students document their shifts by clocking in and out through this system. Their time worked is tracked and displayed online in a format identical to their paper timecards. Managers can easily view and edit the timecards for each student.

   Managers enter the amount of money each student is awarded for work study, and this system tracks how much the student has used based on their electronic timecard. The manager will receive an e-mail warning when a student is close to exceeding their award amount.
